Returns and Exchanges
Please contact Customer Service with return or exchange inquiries. Please realize that all of our products, with the exception of the Maasai blankets, are hand-made by Tanzanian people and there will be some variation in products. Also, because some of the products are made from natural fibers, there will be natural variations in materials (color, texture, etc.). We offer 100% refund or exchange within one week of delivery, shipping & handling charges excluded. We want you to be happy.
